Art Management Master Course: Cultural Funding / Outdoor Lesson

Cultural funding is the act of providing financial resource, usually in the form of money, or other values such as time, service or resource, to support a program and project or to reach a specific objective. Cultural funding is divided into two categories, private funding and public funding. In the part of private funding, we learn fund raising, the statute of cultural association, the mission of cultural association, internal analysis (including mission, background, activity, target, financial position, human resources, and relations), and foundations in Italy. On the other hand, in the part of public funding, we study national cultural policy, public intervention in the cultural sector, the characteristics of the public institution system, the characteristics and the role of public administration, the system of public funding, and the evolution of Italian cultural policy.

文化資金是提供財政資源的行為，通常以金錢形式，或其他助益如時間、服務或資源來支持一個計劃及項目或達到一特定目的。文化資金分為私人資金和公共資金两類。在私人資金的一部分，我們學習集資、文化團體的章程、文化團體的任務、內部分析（包括任務、背景、活動、目標、財務狀況、人力資源、關係）、以及意大利的基金會。而另一方面，在公共資金的一部分，我們學習國家文化政策、公共介入文化部門、公共機構體系的特性、公共行政的特性及作用、公共資金的制度、以及意大利文化政策的發展。

Besides, my assignment of writing a proposal about the city promotional video project which is mentioned in my student report 7, after studying new materials, researching, exchanging ideas and modifying in the past few weeks, now the proposal is complete. In this process, I learnt how to write a proposal in the comprehensive and professional way, meanwhile, some new ideas toward this project are aroused.

此外，在我的學生報告7中提到關於城市宣傳影片計劃編寫計劃書的作業，在經過幾星期學習新教材、研究、交換意見和修改，現在計劃書完成了。在這過程中，我學習到如何以全面及專業的方式編寫計劃書，同時，也有對這個項目的一些新意念被激發出來。

This week, we have an outdoor lesson, we visit Museo di Palazzo Pretorio that is located in Piazza del Comune in Prato. There are about 3000 pieces collections of paintings, sculptures, drawings, dresses, furniture and other objects from 14th century to 20th century in the museum, in addition, there are showcasing installations and videos.

這個星期，我們有一個戶外課，我們參觀了位於普拉托Piazza del Comune 的Palazzo Pretorio博物館 。博物館內大約有3000件來自14至20世紀的油畫、雕塑、畫、衣服、傢俱和其他物品的收藏，此外，還有展示裝置及錄像。

Then we visit Emperor’s Castle of Prato.
