  • Transportation costs
  • Florence Tourist Tax (€42) and Wi-Fi (€5 per week) for students staying in our housing

HOUSING

We offer housing options for our international students in fully furnished shared apartments located within Florence, approximately 20-30 minutes away from the school by bus or bicycle. These apartments provide shared access to a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and linens are included, while students are encouraged to bring their own towels. The landlord/landlady may ask for a security deposit before moving into the property. Please note that air-conditioning is NOT available in our shared apartments.

Before applying for school housing, we kindly request that applicants carefully review the “Housing Rules and Regulations” outlined in the application form.

Please be aware that once a student arrives in Italy, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason if they choose to cancel, change, or vacate an assigned apartment.

Accademia Riaci is pleased to facilitate the housing arrangement process, but students are welcome to make their own direct accommodation plans.
