Accademia Riaci - Since 1983 in Florence, Italy

Learn the essence of authentic Italian art, cutting-edge design and traditional crafts from professionals and "maestros"!

Florence is the cradle of the Renaissance and a living museum wall to wall with magnificent architecture and priceless artworks. Florence is also famous as a city of arts and crafts. Its tradition of precious metalwork, sculpture, painting, and professional artisan art has been passed down for centuries at craftsmen's workshops known as the "Maestro system".
This traditional workshop style, the method of transmitting techniques and sensibilities from the maestros to the disciples and comprehending various majors and technologies beyond the boundaries is the key essence of our education.

Our classes focus on one-on-one communication between teachers and students in a very small group. Through sufficient communication, the teachers will help the students bring out their individuality and develop their imagination and artistic sensibilities. The one-on-one lessons are tailored to each student's level and interests.

The faculty consists of active designers, artists, and craftsmen. Learning various techniques such as traditional classical ones, ancient to contemporary art and cutting-edge techniques and designs is another feature.
The success of this workshop-like school has been proven by the high level of graduates and has been praised by various industries.
All classes are taught with the support of multilingual interpreters so that the students will be able to understand the lessons and learn accurately.
Accademia Riaci welcomes students from all over the world. The diverse background of Accademia Riaci’s students creates a rich multicultural community that promotes the exchange of ideas and viewpoints. The staff is multilingual and ready to assist overseas students wherever they attend our programs.

Here in Florence, students will start to sharpen their skills and artistic sensibility and refine their craftsmanship techniques.
