After working in Taiwanese footwear industry for three and a half years, she came to Firenze to study shoes making course, the city which is famous for leather art and shoes.
Although she already has basic aesthetics and sketching technique background from university (B.A.), yet she hopes to extend her shoe-making skills here in Riaci. She believes designer can deliver their thoughts through their works, hoping to keep motivate people with her designs.
李曉婷，來自台灣的鞋類設計師。
在台灣鞋產業工作三年半之後，她決定到皮革之都－佛羅倫斯，學習製鞋技術。
大學主修產品工藝，擁有美學背景、好的品味及繪畫基礎。即便如此，仍期望到莉雅琪延伸自己在實作上的經驗。她相信，設計師能夠透過設計表達想法，希望能持續用創作感動身邊的人。
台湾の靴業界で靴デザイナーとして3年半経験を積んだ後、さらに学びを深めようと革工芸と靴で有名なここフィレンツェへやって来ました。
基本的な審美眼とスケッチ技術は大学（文学士号取得）で学んでいましたが、さらに靴制作の技術を磨くためにリアチ入学を決めました。「デザイナーの想いは、デザインを通して人々に届く」ことを信じ、自分のデザインで人々の心を動かしたいと願っています。

Shoe Making 21-Atelier Course 2017
製作給我男朋友的雀爾喜固特異靴這禮拜來到了重頭戲! 由於這次挑戰的是古老的木釘做法，就連在鞋跟處的處理方式也有所不同，那麼讓我們看下去吧。
The Chelsea boots I was making had come to a high peak! It’s all because I chose the wood nailing method, a kind of very traditional way, even the technique for hand-stitching is a little bit different. Let’s keep watching…
在量出縫線距離之後，後方需要把多餘的皮料去除，接著從圖片裡可以看到教授Angelo正在示範如何切出要縫起的溝槽。
When measurement was decided, then we could cut off the extra leather. Insight picture, you could see Prof. Angelo was showing me how to cut the groove for stitching later on.
準備好後，就可以開始手縫了!這種古老的手縫法，其好處是可以方便換底，以及在鐵釘還沒有發明的年代，製鞋師們發明了這聰明的方法將鞋面與中底拉緊固定。
When everything was ready, we could start hand-stitching! The benefit of this old welted method is that it could change outsole easily.
後跟鞋面手縫好後，接下來縫沿條的方法則是跟之前所學的固特異縫法相同。
See how beautiful it is for the stitching part. When the back stitching was done, rest of the welting is the same as we had learnt before.

一場難得的大雪把佛羅倫斯蓋上一層白，有人說，上次大雪是八年前的事了。能夠在留學義大利的期間遇見，真是幸運呢(笑)。
I felt so lucky to see this big snow just happened during my stay in Florence! Some local people told me, the last time that Florence was snowing might be around 8 years ago. Let’s why I said I was lucky (smiling)

這個禮拜的報告就用我的新髮型做為結束吧!難得在當地找到讓人滿意的髮型師，終於可以不用撐一整年不剪髮，心情也大好呢!
I am super happy that I found a very good barber shop in Florence center. As well as that, finally I don’t need to be worried about my terrible, not fashionable hair style anymore!

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
