Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n10) – YA
Pic1 cultural visitでピサに連れて行ってもらいました。ピサの塔の6層目が完成した1298年の傾斜は1.43m, 1550年は3.79mと年1mmのペースで傾いていたそうです。
Pic2 （メディチ家礼拝堂を見学してきました。天然の色大理石で飾られた八角形の君主礼拝堂は素晴らしかったです。

Pic4 レッスンでグラナパダーノというチーズを使いました。イタリアを代表するハードチーズのひとつのようで、「グラナ」は粉状におろして使うチーズの総称で「パダーノ」は生産地であるパダーナ平野からきているそうです。
Pic5 ツナ缶でパスタを作りました。美味しくてぜひ日本でも作ってみたいです。
Pic6 イタリア語で巻物という意味があるrotoloというイタリアのロールケーキを作りました。
Pic7 休日ポルケッタという料理を食べに行きました。ポルケッタとはイタリア語で「豚の丸焼き」を意味し、その名の通り子豚を丸々ローストして作られるそうです。
Pic8 牛タンを使った料理を作りました。カットされていないものを見るのは初めてでした。先生に下処理方法を教えていただきました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
