After over 40 years as a company employee, I came to Italy. I love traveling and delicious food. I'm exploring the history of central Italy and studying traditional home cooking. I'm also looking forward to connecting with many people.

40年余の会社員生活を終えて、イタリアにやって来ました。旅と美味しいものが大好き。中部イタリアの歴史に触れ、伝統的な家庭料理を勉強。たくさんの人たちとの繋がりも楽しみにしています。

Home Cooking Summer Cours (#3) – S.I.

【Making Lasagna】
We’ll start by making the lasagna sheets.

ラザニアの生地作りからはじめます。

生地を少しずつ、パスタマシーンで伸ばしていき

Thinner and thinner
だんだん薄く薄く

Once thinly rolled, cut into appropriate sizes. Boil to complete the lasagna sheets. Make the ragù and béchamel sauce. Layer in the lasagna pan: lasagna sheet → ragù → béchamel sauce → cheese. Repeat this process 3-4 times, then bake in the oven. It’s truly labor-intensive.

And it’s done!! Let it cool slightly before portioning out individual servings. This single dish is a complete meal, packed with volume!

薄く伸ばしたら、適当な大きさにカット。茹でてラザニア生地の完成。
ラグーとベシャメルソースを作って、ラザニア型に、ラザニア→ラグー→ベシャメルソース→チーズの行程を3〜4回繰り返し、オーブンへ。本当に手間がかかっているんです。

そして出来上がり!!少し冷ましてから一人分に取り分けます。この一皿で完全食、ボリューム満点!

【Vegetable Mix Fritters】
Fritters seem simple but are surprisingly tricky. Today I learned the secret to making them crispy and fluffy. The batter is just cold sparkling water and flour… but the key is to mix it thoroughly until it’s firm and elastic, then let it rest a bit.

【野菜ミックスフリット】
フリットって単純な料理のようで、意外と難しい。カラッとふわっと仕上げるコツを今日は教えてもらいました。生地は冷たい炭酸水と小麦粉を合わせるだけなのに。。。しっかりもっちり攪拌して生地を作り、少し寝かせるのがコツなのか。

September 10 (Wed)

Today: Art Visit Tonight at 8 PM, we headed to Michelangelo Park. During the day, it’s bustling with tourists, but at night, it becomes a popular date spot for young people. We enjoyed the beautiful night view overlooking the city of Florence.

今日はArt Vusit この日は夜8時からミケランジェロ公園へ。ミケランジェロ公園は、日中は観光客で賑わい、夜は若者たちのデートスポットなのだとか。フィレンツェの街を見下ろす美しい夜景を堪能できました。
