前回の続きです。外枠と内側のパーツがぴったりと合うように、糸鋸とやすりを使って調整していきました。しかし、内側のパーツを少し削りすぎてしまったため、余分なスペースが出来てしまいました。後の作業で、ロウ付けする際にスペースを埋める方法で進めるように、との指示があったので、後々直していこうと思います。蜂の巣状に開ける練習も行いました。やすりが入らないので、細めの糸鋸を使って6角形にしていきますが、… [read more]

Pic1-3 1か月間の冬のお休みが終わり、今年初めての授業がありました。久しぶりの制作がとても楽しかったです。制作自体は昨年の続きになります。ハートのペンダントトップに合う金具づくりから始まりました。細長い板状の銀から切り出していきます。好きな大きさに曲げ、切断面が合うように切り、溶接していきます。工程自体は簡単なのですが、簡単だからこそ難しいです。 Pic1 Pic2 P… [read more]
