日本での靴作りの経験は無く、去年の9月から7ヶ月間のショートコースをスタート。
基礎からオリジナルデザインのシューズ制作まで学んだのち、さらに技術を学ぶ為延長。

今週の作業工程と道具説明
これはコントラフォルテという踵芯です。
革でできており、この状態から、グラインダーを使って薄く削ってから使います。
このように、表革と裏地の革の間に入れていきます。
この時、スカリオリーナという水溶性ののりを使います。
これは踵芯を入れた後、釘でモンタッジョした状態です。
これはつま先芯も入れて全てのモンタッジョが終わった状態の靴です。
デルビーというデザインのメンズシューズで、これからグッドイヤーのグアルドロを縫っていく作業をしていきます。
裏は、表革も裏革も、綺麗に入らない部分を切り取り、釘を縦に倒した状態にしています。
グアルドロを縫い終わった状態。
使った道具はこれです。
レジナという針で革に穴を開け、その後先端にセートラという針の役割をするものを結びつけた糸で縫っていきます。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
