Jewelry Design vol.16 – One Year 2018 (a.l.y)
We start our journey with rendering jewellery with watercolours by practicing colouring of jewellery on magazines.
A practice that was done on rendering cabochon of an earring. It helps us to understand light reflections on different shape of stones.
Another practice of a necklace. The first step, we use tracing paper to transfer outlines to watercolours paper.
Then we coloured it with watercolour pencils for practice reason. In this practice, we understand light reflection on cabochon and metals.
Moving on to an earring of facets stones. Often the designer came out with the design and tried out the various colour on that design to explore more possibilities.
A video about production procedure of BVLGARI was watched. From choosing stones, jewellery designing to crafting.
An earring of facets stones renders with colour pencils with the colours that I choose.
The ring that we draw previously, now we colour it with watercolours to practice on rendering facets stone, metal and pave.
