Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n3) – YA
.休日ミケランジェロ広場に徒歩で行って来ました。広場からの眺めは絶景でした。
ミケランジェロ広場からの帰りに長蛇の列が出来ているジェラート屋さんに行ってきました。この日はとても暑くすぐジェラートが溶け出してきたので慌てて食べましたが、味はとても美味しく並んででも食べる価値ありのお店でした。
今週は新しい先生から料理を教えていただきました。
先生のご自宅でのレッスンという事で、本来なら知る事が出来ないイタリアのマンマの日常を垣間見てるようでした。
今日は夕方のミケランジェロ広場を見に行って来ました。夕焼けに染まる景色は朝とはまた違う印象で、すごく素敵でした。
休日同じコースの人達と断崖絶壁にカラフルな建物が並んでいて世界遺産に登録されているチンクエテッレに行ってきました。
海のきれいな青とカラフルな建物は写真を何枚も撮りたくなるぐらい素敵な光景でした。
今週土曜日はカルチャーvisitでSan Gimignanoへ行ってきました。中世の街並みが多く残っていて、時が止まったかのような雰囲気でした。
昼食はシェフコースの方が予約してくださったミシュラン星付きレストランに行って来ました。芸術的な料理の数々に感動しました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
