I work as an interior coordinator in Nagasaki. I decided to go to Florence for 3 weeks to learn how interior decoration is done in Italy. Unlike my previous trips, I will be staying a little longer, so I am very excited.
５回目のイタリアへ行ってきます。.
私は長崎でインテリアコーディネーターの仕事をしています。本場のイタリアでは、どのような室内装飾を行なっているのかを学びたく、３週間フィレンツェへ行くことを決めました。これまでの旅行と違い、少し長く滞在するのでドキドキです。

Interior Design Summer Course (#2) – Yumi K
While walking around at Art Visit, I found this balcony to be so nice that I captured it on camera. The artful railing and the windows along the arched shape are lovely.アートビジットにて散策中、このバルコニーが素敵だったのでカメラにおさめました。アート型の手すり、アーチ型に沿って取り付けられている窓が素敵です。
This is the view from a classroom at the school. This is everyday life. No matter which part of the room you capture on camera, it’s always picturesque.学校の教室からの景色です。これが日常。どこをカメラにおさめても絵になっちゃいます。
Now that the furniture design has been roughly finalized, it’s time to use Photoshop to add color and texture to the furniture. I am a Photoshop beginner, but my classmates helped me a lot!大体の家具デザインが固まってきたので、今度はフォトショップを使って色付けや素材感を出していきます。フォトショップ初心者の私ですが、クラスメイトが色々教えてくれて、とても助かりました！
Here’s a shot of lunch. Although it was a little expensive, the lunch with lots of avocado pesto was delicious. The saltiness of the ham was a little salty.ランチの様子です。少し高く感じたけれど、アボガドペーストたっぷりのランチは美味しかったです。生ハムの塩気が少ししょっぱく感じました。
A supermarket between the tram stop and the street on the way home from school. We always shop there. You can get daily necessities at a reasonable price.学校の帰り道からトラムの電停の間にあるスーパー。いつもお世話になってます。日常生活に必要なものが安く手に入ります。
Gelato shop right in front of the tram stop near the flat. I always notice it as soon as I get off the tram when I return home, so I always stop by! This one is chocolate nut and pistachio. Very healthy and delicious.フラット近くのトラム電停の目の前にあるジェラート屋さん。トラムで帰ると、降りた途端、いつも目に入ってくるので、ついつい寄っちゃいます！これはチョコレートナッツとピスタチオ。とってもヘルシーで美味しいです。
Grapes purchased at the Florence Central Market. The Florence Central Market is a great place to get cheap, tasty, fresh food, and on the second floor there is a floor where you can have lunch, where you can get pizza, pasta, hamburgers, and many other things.フィレンツェ中央市場で購入したブドウです。フィレンツェ中央市場は安くて美味しい新鮮なものが手に入ります。2階ではランチもできるフロアになっており、ピザやパスタ、ハンバーガーなど様々なものがいただけます。
This is a picture of a classroom at the school. I feel that the secret to the continued expression of formative beauty is not only the design, but also the attention to detail in the way it fits together.学校の教室に貼ってあるものです。デザインだけでなく、おさまりのディティールにもこだわっているところが、造形美を表現し続ける秘訣のような気がします。
This is a portrait of Mr. and Mrs. Urbino that I saw at the Uffizi Gallery. The reason why the husband’s face is on the left side is because his right eye was pierced by a spear in a fight and his nose is deformed. A professional guide will make your visit to the museum much more meaningful.ウフィツィ美術館で見てきたウルビーノ夫妻の肖像画です。描かれているご主人の顔がなぜ左側なのかというと、右目は争いで槍が突き刺さり鼻も変形しているからだそうです。プロのガイドさんについて頂くと、美術館巡りの意味がグッと増します。
Botticelli’s famous Primavera. The flowers and plants depicted here actually exist in Florence. During the restoration, a botanist also studied them together with the artist. The authenticity of the work is mind-boggling.かの有名なボッティチェッリのプリマヴェーラ。ここに描かれている草花は、実際にフィレンツェに存在しているものだそうです。修復の際に、植物学者も一緒に調査したそうです。本物志向に頭が下がります。
