從去年開始學習了一年的皮包製作課程後,由於想要再更磨練技術,於是報名了第二年的碩士課程,將來也想要從事皮包製作的相關工作,不僅是流行性的皮包,也想要多學習更多只有在佛羅倫斯才能學習到的特別技術

Fall 2014:HANDMADE BAG LESSON
今日は手縫い授業の初日です。先生は学生さんに木型の使い方を教えています。
今天是第一天的手縫課,老師正在指導學生怎麼使用木頭模具
木型を使う時、皮を引っ張る必要がありますので、柔らかい皮を使ったほうがいいです。
在使用木頭模具時,因為必須拉扯皮革、所以必須使用軟的皮革
木型を合わせるように、釘を使って何ヶ所を固定します。
為了要將皮革符合木頭模具的形狀,必須使用釘子將幾個地方固定好
固定した後の皮表面にボンドを塗りつけます。
在固定好的皮革表面上塗上白膠
これは薬局で買ったガーゼです。皮にボンドを塗り付けた後はガーゼを当てます。
這是在藥局買的紗布,將塗好白膠的皮革鋪上紗布
ガーゼを当てた後は、もう一度釘で固定します。
鋪上紗布後,要再一次使用釘子固定好
皮にガーゼを当てる作業は大体4～5回ぐらい以上を振り替えします。
1回目だけ釘で固定して、後は釘を通すだけです。
在皮革上鋪上紗布這個動作大概要重複四~五次以上,只有第一次鋪紗布時要使用釘子固定,之後只需要穿過釘子即可
毎回ガーゼを当てた後は、必ずもう一度ボンドを塗りつけます。そして24時間以上に乾かせます。
每次鋪上一層紗布後一定要再塗上一次白膠,之後就放置24小時等它乾
クラスメートは今手縫いのかばんを作っています。今日は手持ちの部分を芯を入れます。芯の素材はコットンです。
