Toshihiko Sanada decided to pursue a career in cooking after retiring from government worker three years ago.
Although he had studied Italian cuisine on his own, he decided to study abroad for 6 months in Italy.
He majored in chef training and restaurant internship at the Florence Culinary Academy.

3年前に公務員を退職後、料理の道に進むことを決断した眞田俊彦さん。
独学でイタリア料理を学んでいたものの、本場イタリアで学ぼうと一念発起し、6ヶ月のイタリア料理留学を決意。
フィレンツェ料理学園で、シェフ養成+レストランインターンシップを専攻されました。
