先週の続きです。2枚のプレート状のパーツを裏側から打って立体感を付けました。 この写真はパーツを重ねて置いているだけで鑞付けする前の状態です。 立体感を付けたことにより中心の2枚の接着面になるパーツにも僅かに歪みが生じるので、その部分だけを平らに戻すのが意外と大変な作業でした。 熱して中心部分だけ金槌で打つなどして隙間なく綺麗に鑞付けできるよう調整しました。 下のパーツと真ん中… [read more]
