前回の続きです。内側のパーツに蜂の巣状に糸鋸で削っていきます。最初にドリルで穴開けをしてから、糸鋸を使って6角形に削っていきます。ドリル刃も、細めのものを使ったため、折れないように気をつけながらゆっくりと、全体に均等になるように穴開けを行いました。端から一つ一つ丁寧に、綺麗な6角形になるように、かといって削りすぎないように、慎重に作業していきたいと思います。 … [read more]

前回の続きです。外枠と内側のパーツがぴったりと合うように、糸鋸とやすりを使って調整していきました。しかし、内側のパーツを少し削りすぎてしまったため、余分なスペースが出来てしまいました。後の作業で、ロウ付けする際にスペースを埋める方法で進めるように、との指示があったので、後々直していこうと思います。蜂の巣状に開ける練習も行いました。やすりが入らないので、細めの糸鋸を使って6角形にしていきますが、… [read more]
