Number all works in your previous portfolio. Make sure your full name is also specified on each work.

6) Text (.doc, .rtf, .txt etc.) regarding the simple conceptual explanation of the project, in Italian or English (max. one page of A4 or equivalent sized paper, not exceeding 10MB size) regarding the technical explanation of your new project, including materials used and how you got the inspiration.

7) Mandatory only for those applying for Division 1

– Colour photographs of a minimum of 5 projects from your previous works.

– Information sheet for each project within 1 page of A4 paper (DOC or PDF files, title of the work, date of production, materials used, techniques applied for each work.)

DEADLINES AND SCREENING PROCESS

Dealdine for Entry Submission: JANUARY 15, 2026

Examination Result: The competition jury will evaluate each entry based on its photo image and required documents, and decide the finalists – 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners.
The finalists will be informed via e-mail after FEBRUARY 28, 2026.
The results will also be published on Accademia Riaci official website.

The total size of files must not exceed 1 GB.
In case the size is too large, sending error might occur.
When the entry submission has been successfully completed, an automatic message will be delivered to your e-mail address. If you do not receive it, please contact comp2026@accademiariaci.info.
