漠然ではありますが、近い未来に、自分なりの方法で、自分で作る手作りの発酵調味料（味噌、塩麹、甘酒、醤油麹他）や、生米成形パン，好きな料理を組み合わせ、美味しく健康的な食の提供、発信ができたらいいなと考えるようになりました。今回のイタリアへの料理留学を機に、そこから新しい世界が見えてくると思い参加を決意しました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
