Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n8) – YA
Pic1 先週のcultural activityでLUCCAという街に連れて行っていただきました。
Pic2 （LUCCA）前回来た時も思いましたが、気持ちが穏やかになる素敵な街でした。
Pic3 spiedinoという野菜や肉を串に刺してオーブンで焼く料理を教えていただきました。
Pic4 ブッタネスカというナポリの名物パスタを作りました。
Pic5 休日ビステッカ アッラ フィオレンティーナというトスカーナ地方の名物料理を食べに行きました。
Pic6 マチェドニアというイタリア風フルーツポンチを作りました。
Pic7 今週のart visitは「ダンテ」がテーマでした。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
