Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n2) – YA
休日にミールクーポンを使って1人lunch。ピザが美味しすぎてワインも呑んじゃいました。
同じフラットに住むシェフコースの人にカルボナーラを作ってもらいました。日本のお店のカルボナーラは生クリームを使用した濃厚クリーミーなものが多いですが、それは日本人の口に合わせて改良されたものだそうでこちらのものは作り方・味とも全く別物でした。こちらの方が私の好みの味でした。

レッスンがある日はレッスン後の食事で満腹になるのですが、今日はミールクーポンで同じコースの友達とランチに出かけました。
レッスンの時、新鮮な魚の見分け方を先生に教えてもらいました。
2回目のArt Visit。今日はSanta Maria Novella とSanta Trinita Squaresでした。
Art Visitの後みんなでワイン1杯呑みながらおしゃべりしてから帰りました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
