I was supposed to enter Florence via Zurich transit, but after a long wait, the flight was cancelled and I stayed in Zurich that day. The next day, I finally arrived in Florence in the afternoon via Frankfurt, and was unable to attend the orientation.
I could not attend the orientation after all. I felt reassured by the staff who helped me a lot since I could neither speak Italian nor English very well.
Then came the first day of home cooking.
With a Japanese interpreter, I was able to take notes and learn about Mamma’s cooking in an enjoyable atmosphere. The food was delicious!
After the class, the staff helped me buy a streetcar pass.
Today is my fourth day in Florence, and I am getting used to going to school by streetcar, but it is reassuring to have a pass.

チューリッヒトランジットでフィレンツェに入るつもりが、待たされた挙げ句キャンセルになり、当日はチューリッヒ泊。翌日フランクフルト経由で、やっと昼過ぎにフィレンツェ着、結局オリエンテーションにも参加できずでした。
そんなスタートでしたが、翌日は1人オリエンテーション。イタリア語も英語もあまり出来ない私に、スタッフの方々にいろいろ協力していただき心強く感じました。
そして家庭料理第一日目。
日本語の通訳の方がついてくださるので、内容もちゃんとメモも取れ、楽しい雰囲気の中で、マンマの料理が学べます。実食の美味しい事！
授業の後で、スタッフの方に手伝って頂きトラムの定期券を買いました。
今日がフィレンツェ4日目、トラムでの通学もどうにか慣れてきましたが、定期券があると心強いです。

Today is the end of the third class, and the time spent eating the food we used is filled with deliciousness. After completing the class, our interpreter told us about a public library in the neighborhood and we stopped by. The view of the Duomo up close is breathtaking and the quiet and comfortable space is highly recommended.

今日で３回目の授業終了、使った料理を食べながらの時間も美味しさに満たされています。修了後に通訳の方に近所にある公立図書館を教えたもらい立ち寄ってみました。ドゥオモを間近に見れるのは圧巻で、静かで心地良い空間はオススメです。

This was a one-day excursion to Bologna for a cultural visit.
It was my first visit to this city, which is about 2 hours by train from Florence, and I was so excited to see the cityscape unified in a calm and austere orange gradient!
(Application is required for the landscape, and it is managed under strict regulations.)
I sincerely hope to have another chance to visit again.
My first holiday got off to a rough start when my eSIM battery ran out in the morning, and I finally managed to get it back on after 13 hours at 20:00 with the help of my landlord, but everything about living abroad, including using an eSIM, is a learning experience for me.

カルチャービジットでボローニャへ１日小旅行でした。
フィレンツェから列車で2時間程、はじめて訪れた街でしたが落ち着いた渋いオレンジ色のグラデーションで統一された街並みには、ウットリ！！
(景観に関しては申請必須で、厳しい規制の元に管理)
また機会を作って訪れたいと切に願いました。
はじてのお休みは朝からeSIM のバッテリー切れで大変なスタートでした。20時にやっと13時間ぶりに大家さんの助けをかりて何とか再開しましたが、eSIM を使うことも含め、私にとっての海外生活は全ての事が学ぶ事ばかりです。
