Fall 2014:Glasses case 1
今回はめがねケースを作りたいです。木材に型紙より大きく長方形を描いて、鋸で切ります。
這次要做眼鏡盒,在木板上先畫上比紙板還要大一些的長方形再用鋸子沿線鋸斷
自分が作りたい高さを決めます。私の場合は同じ長方形を四枚を切りました。
要先決定好想要的高度, 這次我使用了四片木材
木材を二枚ずつボンドで貼り付けます。一枚はケースの蓋、一枚は下の部分です。
將木材各兩片用白膠貼合,一片為蓋子,一片為盒身
木材の真ん中に近く所に四個の釘でもう一度固定します。
在木材的中央四周用四個釘子再次加強固定
釘の周りに型枠を描きます。その際、釘は型枠に内側におさめなければなりません。
在釘子的周圍描上紙型,釘子必須在紙型內
木材の表面をきれいにするため、機械で磨きます。
用機器將木材表面磨平
電動鋸でさっき描いた線のおよそ0.3センチ分外側のところを切ります。
用電鋸將剛畫好的線向外大約0.3公分左右的地方開始鉅斷
木型の四隅は丸くするため、機械で磨ります。
利用機器將木頭模具四個角磨成圓弧形
上と下の木型の大きさは同じくしなければなりません。
上蓋跟盒身必須要大小一致
四隅を同じ形にするため、さらに紙やすりで細かく磨けなければなりません。
為了將四個角磨成一樣大小,必須使用砂紙再仔細磨勻數次
