In 2014, on my first trip to Italy, I was shocked by the deliciousness of Florence's local dish "Lampredotto Panino" and so I opened "Mamma Lampre" in Japan, a restaurant specializing in Lampredotto panini! We rent rooms and hold events in the Kanagawa and Tokyo areas. In the summer course, I want to learn about Florentine home cooking and eat up all types of Lampredotto!
2014年人生初のイタリア旅行でフィレンツェの郷土料理「ランプレドットパニーノ」の美味しさに衝撃を受け、ランプレドット専門店「Mamma Lampre.」を開業！神奈川・東京エリアで間借りやイベント出店をしています。サマーコースでフィレンツェマンマの家庭料理を学びつつ、ランプレドットを食べ尽くします！
