Chef Training Course (#1) – S.Iwasaki

I have extended my internship at a restaurant and am now in my third year of studying Italian cuisine! I am putting my passion into each and every dish as I am exposed to Italy’s unique ingredients and cooking methods on a daily basis.
The days I spend with friends who share the same dream are an invaluable asset!
