Painting and Drawing One-Year Course (n.11)

Week 12
Monday had a drawing lesson in the morning. I continued painting the life model(1,2), then I met up with my mum and uncle for lunch in the market square for pizza and spent the rest of the day with browsing around the shops (3).

Tuesday, I took my mum and uncle up to Fiesole to show them the views from that side of Florence(4) then to Piazza Michelangelo(5,6) followed by the Duomo (7) then eventually enjoyed a hot chocolate and a few drinks in a few Irish bars around the city(8).

Wednesday Said goodbye to my mum and uncle and headed to drawing class where I finished my painting of the live model (9) basic lesson cancelled

Thursday Continued painting portraits then went to sculpture class in the evening building up a head and facial structure(10)
Friday, we had an art visit in the morning Santa Maria Maggiore close to the school it was stunning inside and had a fascinating history behind it and an impressive statue of a witch’s head hidden amongst the outdoor architecture
