I went to the Vatican Museums. There was a statue like a pine cone in the courtyard.
This is the inside of St. Peter’s Basilica. I felt it is the largest cathedral I have ever seen.
Pigeons didn’t run away when I got close to them. It seemed to come after me when I had food.
I found something like Lake Como in the map gallery.
We climbed up to the cupola of St. Peter’s Basilica. We climbed quite a few stairs to get to the top.It was unexpected because I just happened to be there.
There was a double spiral staircase as we were heading for the exit. Be careful because the steps change on the way up.
We went to Castel Sant’Angelo. I felt it was smaller than I expected.
This is the inside of the Colosseum. I was amazed that it has remained until this time and that the staircases built so long ago are still serving their purpose.
This is the statue of Laocoon. The size was smaller than I expected.
