Interior Design 6-One Year Course 2017(Student1)
Visit to Marble Factory and Furniture Store
On Tuesday, lecture and translator brought us to visit to Marble Factory and Furniture Store located at Bagno a Ripoli. We took about 20mins from school to destination by taxi. First, we visited to marble factory. The worker there showed us the process of polishing marble, cut the marble into straight line and curve line. The materials we learned included marble, granite, porcelain and wood. After that, we visited the furniture store beside the factory. The furniture shop have many of designer piece furniture, most of them is the modern contemporary furniture. Lecturer also told us the design trend now, so I understand that designer have to study more, see more, to get more the update of the currently trend.

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
