Hello everyone! This is Accademia Riaci school staff.
Today I would like to introduce you to a very popular course in the summer, the Gelato Course in a real ice cream shop,
where you can learn how to make ice cream with English interpreter plus Italian language lessons.

Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, Italian ice cream has special qualities. 
The course starts every Monday, with minimum of 1 person participant. 
The duration of the course is very flexible depending on your preference, from 1 week up to 1 year. 
Optionally, you can request an interpreter in your native language.
