Painting Restoration 19-Internship Course 2015-17
引き続き補彩を続けていきます。写真の甕を持った女性は画面洗浄の段階で取りきれなかった汚れが残りくすんだ印象でしたが、顔に走る亀裂やしみの部分に補彩を施すことで全体の統一性を取り戻していきます。カーテンの部分は欠落部分が広く、形を再構築せねばならないこともあって特に時間を要しました。
フィレンツェの伝統菓子「schiacciata alla fiorentina(スキアッチャータ・アッラ・フィオレンティーナ)」は、謝肉祭の期間に作られます。材料は小麦粉・卵・ラード/バター・牛乳・オレンジなどでスポンジケーキにも似ていますが、発酵させて作るため独特の柔らかみがあります。生地のみのプレーンタイプと生クリーム入りのカスタードクリームを挟んだものがあり、どちらも人気のようで列に並ぶ間にも次々に新しいものが運ばれていました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
