Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n9) – YA
Pic1 週末ナポリとソレントへ行ってきました。
Pic2 （ナポリ）フィレンツェとは違う魅力のある素敵な街でした。
Pic3 帰国前にもう1度ビステッカフィオレンティーナを食べに行きました。
Pic4 レッスンでコーヒーのグラニータのレシピを教わりました。グラニータはシチリア発祥の氷菓だそうです。
Pic5 パルミジャーナという料理を作りました。シャッターやよろい窓という意味のpersianaのシチリアの方言Parmecianaという言葉が語源だそうです。
Pic6 ペペローニにお肉を詰めたリピエーニを作りました。
Pic7 夕方からミケランジェロ広場に行ってきました。空の色がとてもきれいでした。
Pic8 今日はムール貝をたくさんいただきました。とても美味しかったです。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
