Pic1Panzanella 日にちが経って固くなったパンを使ったサラダ。カトリックではパンをキリスト様の肉体を表すとされ、神聖な食べ物とされます。なのでパンは絶対に捨てない！と先生が言われました。
Pic2Puttanesca 娼婦のパスタと言われます。彼女達が仕事の合間に冷蔵庫や家にあるもので作れるパスタだそうです。名前の由来がユニークですよね。

Pic5汗だくな毎日だと冷たい物が欲しくなります。グラニータはシャーベットの様なかき氷の様な口当たりがさっぱりしてて、ジェラートに少し飽きた私にピッタリです♪

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
