Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n7) – YA
Pic1 週末の連休にガルダ湖の周囲の街のひとつシルミオーネに行ってきました。
Pic2 シルミオーネの街の入り口にはcastello scaligeroという城が残っています。このお城から先は車の侵入が禁止されているので、のんびり街歩きしました。
Pic3 Grotte di Catullo という古代ローマ時代に栄えた温泉遺跡にも行ってきました。
Pic4 レッスンでリコッタチーズのdolceのレシピを教わりました。
Pic5 スモークサーモンを使ったパスタが最高に美味しかったです。
Pic6 先週のトリッパに続いてランプレドットという牛の第4胃を使ったレシピを教わりました。やはり内臓系は苦手でした。
Pic7 シチリア発祥のカンノーリというお菓子を作りました。初めて食べましたが、美味しかったです。
Pic8 Baccalaという塩漬けのタラを使った煮込み料理を作りました。
Pic9 生チーズケーキのレシピを教わりました。日本に帰ってからもぜひ作ってみたいです。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
