Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n2) – tomoyuki-m
家庭料理コースに2週目。この日のメニューは赤玉葱とズッキーニの香草焼きに牛肉、鶏肉、豚肉のサルシッチャと野菜の串焼きにプッタネスカのスパゲッティーでした。

授業最終週の休みはフィレンツェのチェントロにあるジェラテリアやトリッパ屋台、トラットリア、リストランテと1日中ゆったりと食べ歩きタイム。

この日はアンティパストにフェガートのブルスケッタにプリモは茄子、人参、ズッキーニ等のベルドゥーレのペンネとセコンドは鶏胸肉のマスタード和えに締めのドルチェはリンゴのタルト。

この日は花ズッキーニにリコッタを詰めてオーブン焼きにしたアンティパストにプリモはベシャメルソースのラザニアとジェノベーゼのトロフィエ。フォルマジョやクリームを使用した少し重めの料理が中心だった為にドルチェはサッパリとフルーツ具沢山のマチェドニアで。

授業最終日のメニューはポモドーリのサラダに、生地から手作りしたラザニアとソースはボロネーゼで。締めのドルチェはココナッツ風味のお米の冷製リゾット。
授業終了後は先生からの卒業証書の贈呈があり、この日の夜はクラスメイトを招いて自宅にてフィレンツェでのウルティマフェスタを開催。
翌日の土曜はフィレンツェのご贔屓にしているリストランテ、トラットリア、屋台やジェラテリアへ最後の挨拶廻りを含めた食べ歩き。

フィレンツェ最終日の日曜は早朝からミケランジェロ広場に行ってフィレンツェの絶景を眺めて昼はフィレンツェの家族と会食して、夜もフィレンツェの家族と自宅で最期のチェーナ。フィレンツェでの時間はあっという間でしたが充実した日々を過ごす事が出来ました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
