Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n2) – tomoko-b
金曜日はイエスキリストが磔に処せられた日とされている為、カトリック教徒は金曜日は肉を食べない風習があるそうです。という事でシーフードのメニューです。生のムール貝を調理したのは初めてで、下処理の仕方やあさりの砂出しのテクニックをしっかり勉強しました。
デザートのクレープ鍋にリキュールを入れ、アルコールを飛ばしてます。
こちらはジェラート屋さんがたくさんあって、アパートから歩いて5分の所に2軒もあります。
学校の直ぐ近くにヨガスタジオをみつけたので、早速行ってきました。久しぶりに体や筋肉を動かしてひと汗かいた後は身体が軽くなって気分爽快！
ヨガの後、ミケランジェロ広場に行きました。お天気も良く爽やかな風に吹かれてただボーッと無になった感じです。
学校から配給されたミールクーポンを使ってランチ♪お水も頂けて嬉しい♪
ミケランジェロ広場を更に登ると、教会が2つあります。ひとつ目が、サン・サルヴァトーレ・アル・モンテ教会と言う小さな教会。
その上を更に登ると大きなサン・ミニアート・アル・モンテ教会があり、中に無料で入ることが出来ます。神聖な空気、エネルギーを体や心で感じとても癒されます。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
