Italian Home Cooking Summer Course (n1) – issei-m
Pic1フィレンツェ到着直後、ルームメイトが冷製パスタを作ってくれました。まずは素材のうまさに圧倒されました。ルームメイトとの話が止まりませんでした。
翌日の授業はとても楽しく、日本では絶対に見ないような料理がてんこ盛りでした。

土曜日はcultural activityで、Castiglioncelloに赴き、波の音を聞きながらぼーっとしていました。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
