Gelato Course (n1) – makoto-s
PIC_1機械のことについて学びました。ジェラテリアを持つことを目標にしているので、先生はどの機械は必須でどの機械はなくてもやっていけるかなど具体的なイメージを持って教えてくれるのでとても勉強になります。
PIC_2材料について学びました。材料(素材)の特徴を知ること、それをどう料理するか、そこが腕の見せ所なんだと感じました。出来合いのジャムを使うのか、生フルーツを使うのか、試行錯誤することがたくさんあるのは大変だけど面白い!
PIC_3レッスンの後にはいつもジェラートを食べさせてもらっています!スタッフが他のお客さんにおすすめしている会話などもヒントにしながら日々違う味を食べるようにしています!全部美味しい!
PIC_4毎日10種類以上のジェラートを作ります。時間のロスがないように順番も工夫してどんどん作っていきます。
PIC_5同じジェラートコースの先輩とレッスン終わりにディナーに行きました!もちろんジェラテリアも巡りました!
PIC_6夜10時過ぎてもジェラテリアはこの行列。フィレンツェのジェラートが日常に溶け込んでいる感じがとても好きです。
PIC_7大量の牛乳、大量の生クリーム・・・ジェラート作りは意外と体力勝負です!
PIC_8先輩に教えてもらって、移動はもっぱらシェアサイクル!トラムも値上がりしたし、節約!その分ジェラート食べて回りたいので!
PIC_9休みの日にはジェラート屋さんを巡ります。レッスンで習った知識がここで活かされます。粘度が強いもの、溶けにくいもの、いろんな視点でジェラートを観察しています。

At Accademia Riaci, we are recruiting Course Reporters from our students. The students who are chosen to become Course Reporters are given 10 % of the tuition as their scholarship fee.
The Reporters who have submitted excellent reports will have his or her profile posted on our school website for the next 5 years as an alumnae and will be able to connect with their business chancesafter their graduation.
