The traditional heritage of craft arts, which represented as the gem of the arts, that flourished in the region of Tuscany, specifically in Florence and cerebrated the glory of the Renaissance era. At that time, Florence was a city of arts and crafts men’s studios were the major driving power of their productive activities. The craftsmen together with the merchants created the wealth in this glorious era. Numerous arts objects such as baptismal basins and their related magnificent art objects were created in the studios of mostly gold crafters. As Maestro Raymond Riaci established his studio in Firenze in 1983 with a belief in his mind that he not only to teach his learning of techniques to the student but also to own a school with ambience of living spirit of Renaissance. So it has been born, Accademia Riaci is a storehouse of traditional techniques and arts, and its teaching secretly contains the techniques unknown to any other schools. Moreover the school strives to quest for the culture which nurtures and develops individual’s imagination and fantasy. Accademia Riaci, although developed from a small studio in Firenze. Now we have no longer one Maestro, but with wonderful groups of teachers operated in the atmosphere that the founder intended. Presently, the school has been attracting many students of art, design, craft, and now culinary art.
