Staff Blog≫ Sommelier Training in Culinary Art for Professionals Course: Final Day

Hello! This is Accademia Riaci school staff.

Today is the last day out of sommelier trainings for 4 times.
The instructor taught kinds of grapes, soils, grape trees, mountain regions producing those grapes, wine-making technology, preservation, discharge dyeing, tasting, colors, aromas, flavors, appreciation, and more.
Of course, we actually enjoyed various wines.
Instructor Alessandro gave a message to the students at the end,
“I will be happy if this course makes you more interested in wines and motivated for your future.
I give you hugs from the bottom of my heart”.
