Our cooking professor is not just any Italian “mamma” teaching cooking, but our teacher is also a recognized culinary professional, who has published cooking books, who happen to teach also home cooking, in her own home kitchen!
The techniques and knowledge if traditional Tuscan cuisine you can get from each lesson is superb, full of culture and advices for wider variation, AND she is very friendly and popular.
The style of teaching is that the student takes the main role, and the teacher explains and helps the students.
The motto of Home Cooking is “Easy, Fast, and Delicious”.
It does not us special equipments, so that you will be able to make also in your own kitchen.
In each lesson, you will learn Antipasto, First dish (Pasta), Second dish, and Dessert.
Do not know any Italian? No problem! There is an Italian/English interpreter so you will not miss a thing!
