イタリアの靴、鞄、革工芸分野において十分経験のあるデザイナーや職人の要求に答え、アカデミアリアチは革工芸のワンイヤーコースを設けました。イタリアの靴、鞄、革工芸は世界の中でもそのデザイン、技術、そしてクオリティの面で定評があります。このコースの目標と目的は、革工芸における学生の知識や技術を他の分野へも拡大し、より高度な仕事のポジションを担えるようにすることです。学生は、ハンドバッグ、靴、ブックカバー、ベルトなどの革に使用されるテキスタイルデザインや製作を行い、これらを巧みに最終形態にしていく実践経験を積むことで知識を構築します。この専門性はスポーツシューズ、映画やキャラクターの靴・鞄などの分野に広がっています。学生は、靴デザイン、鞄デザイン、靴製作、鞄製作、靴総合、鞄総合、革芸術総合を専攻できます。この分野での就職は靴デザイナー、鞄デザイナー、靴製作者、鞄製作者などになります。
